Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], trading as Kukkii Games (“Kukkii”, “we”, “us”), and apply to our games, including Godsblood, and to kukkii.games (together, the “Services”). By downloading or playing our games you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the games, or use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized software.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• Our games may offer virtual currency, items and other content (“Virtual Items”), some of which can be bought with real money. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game.
• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Except where required by law, purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• We may change, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items as the game evolves.
• Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or losing your device may erase progress; purchases of non-consumable items can be restored through the in-game “Restore Purchases” option.

4. Your conduct

Play fair and be kind. Don’t break the law, harass others, interfere with the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

5. Our content

The games, their art, music, characters, names, code and branding are owned by Kukkii Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Kukkii”, “Kukkii Games” and “Godsblood” are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you. Thank you — it really helps.

7. Changes and availability

We’re constantly improving our games and may add, change or remove features, or stop offering a game, at any time. We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kukkii Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Apple and Google

If you downloaded a game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If you downloaded it from the Apple App Store, the following also applies.

These Terms are between you and Kukkii Games only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Kukkii, not Apple, is solely responsible for our games and their content, maintenance, support, warranty and any product claims, including claims that a game fails to conform to legal requirements or infringes a third party’s intellectual property. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If a game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or similar claims. In the event of any third-party claim that a game or your use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Kukkii, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using our games. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts of [CITY, COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
